IAFI June Jamboree 2024 – Register and Pay by Check

All registrants included on this registration form understand that attending the Ice Age Floods Institute’s June Jamboree, hikes, and field trip may involve inherent risks, including exposure to Covid 19. All said registrants realize that the weekend itinerary may include some walking on uneven terrain, and that other natural hazards do exist, that falls and collisions do occur, and that therefore injuries may result. All said registrants understand that it is their option whether or not to take part in any of the activities during the June Jamboree. All said registrants therefore accept the risks to themselves and others, and agree to use extreme caution at all times during the June Jamboree.

All registrants included on this form understand that any costs for medical expenses incurred as a result of accidental injury or death while participating in the field trip WILL NOT BE PAID BY THE ICE AGE FLOODS INSTITUTE OR ANY OF ITS CHAPTERS.

All registrants included on this form intend to be legally bound hereby for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for losses and damages they may have against the Ice Age Floods Institute, its chapters, officers, board members, Chapter members, field trip leaders and volunteers, for any and all injuries suffered by said registrants on this field trip. Said registrants attest and verify that they are participating at their own risk. This liability release is only intended for the use of the Ice Age Floods Institute, and does not absolve any other parties from their liability.
